C finally managed to get Lauren's stuffed Pinky bear into the wash this weekend. The stuffed Mouton sheep got a bath too - bonus!
I don't think it would have been possible had Lauren not decided to take Teddy Bear to daycare on Friday instead of Pinky as is usual. That afternoon we went straight from daycare to the train station and off to Grandma's house while Pinky stayed home.
Pinky has a pretty tight schedule between being Lauren's chaperone at daycare by day and sleep buddy by night, so there's little chance to steal him away for a good washing.
Thankfully he got his chance and none too soon as he was getting really grubby, and really stinky.
